All of us at Happy Tails want to thank you for choosing one of our animals to adopt. If you live out of town this gives you the choice to print out the application. Have it ready for when you come in to see us. We do have the right to decline any application. You can fill out an application but it does not mean you will be able to adopt an animal. We will keep all information private and will not give out. Thank you again for choosing us to adopt from.
